Rich, fruity aromas and sweet fragrance of autumn flowers. Powerful aromas of sweet pears and citrus fruits are balanced with full fragrance of Autumn flowers. Elegant aromas of sweet vanilla along with a dry oakiness are enhanced with subtle notes of sherry and smoke. Full, deep fruity flavors having a subtle smokiness. The 1st taste of Royal Salute brings the subtleties with the nose alive. Sumptuous sweet orange marmalade flavors infused with fresh pears burst over the tongue. The next taste earns an abundant medley of spices along with a nuttiness of hazelnuts that have a mouth-filling intensity and therefore the final warmth from hints of masculine smokiness. To this day, Royal Salute has marked each significant event from the lives with the British Monarchy and is unique of having only ever used whiskies aged at the very least 21 years in the blends.
