Drawing from your exceptionally aged selection of casks set over the years by Chivas Brothers from the Highlands of Scotland, a blend of whiskies aged no less than 21 years are skillfully married for a blend fit for royalty. The Royal Salute Twenty-one is in reference to the long tradition of firing cannons as being a symbol of respect or thanks for visiting sovereigns and dignitaries: the 21 Gun Royal Salute. In the past, this special blend has stayed in keeping with its roots.

Rich, fruity aromas and sweet fragrance of autumn flowers. Powerful aromas of sweet pears and citrus fruits are balanced with full fragrance of Autumn flowers. Elegant aromas of sweet vanilla and a dry oakiness are enhanced with subtle notes of sherry and smoke. Full, deep fruity flavors which has a subtle smokiness. The first taste of Royal Salute brings the subtleties with the nose one’s. Sumptuous sweet orange marmalade flavors infused with fresh pears burst across the tongue. The next taste generates an abundant medley of spices and a nuttiness of hazelnuts who have a mouth-filling intensity therefore the final warmth from hints of masculine smokiness. Rich, long, and lingering finish.

Even today, Royal Salute has marked each significant event within the lives from the British Monarchy which is unique of having only ever used whiskies aged at the very least 21 years rolling around in its blends.
